Zorbas Fine Foods brought the flavours and
tastes of Cyprus to the National Federation of Fish Friers in Leeds
recently.
The visitors who braved the deluge of rain were whisked away from
the UK to the sunny climate and holiday memories of Cyprus when they
experienced the tastes of Zorbas authentic koupas & bourekia.
Each product was tested vigorously for taste, quality of
ingredients and frying performance.
Zorbas koupas and bourekia were scrutinised in minute detail by
many a critic . They taken apart to check the quality of the ingredients -
held for a few moments in the mouth to check for flavours and aftertaste -
the oil was trawled in the base of the fryers - chips were checked for cross
contamination - and the list went on and on...
