Zorbas in the UK gives me an opportunity to sell a truly authentic
new range of products. They remind me of happy days and will give you new
additions to your menu that will be both easy to produce and virtually

The large mince "koupas" in my opinion ticks every box for what I am
looking for in a new product to make it on to my menu.
Firstly and most importantly - it tastes great! Being portable and hand
held it suits peoples "on-the-go" lifestyles and belongs on any takeaway
menu.

It's a simple product to sell - I
just ordered the smaller size buffet style koupas and gave some to my
customers to try and that was it.... instant customer base.
Other features that made it attractive to me rather than my
customers was that there is no waste, quick and simple to cook, extremely
long display life and good profit margins - not only that, but the
vegetarian version tastes almost identical to the mince version. The real
clincher though was that none of my competitors are selling koupas yet and
my customers cannot compare my prices to anyone else.
Bourekia to me will always be a sweet or savoury treat! Whether
you've a sweet tooth or not, you cannot describe the delicate textures and
